Having US citizen children does not entitle parents to stay in the US without legal status. The children can petition for the parents when they turn 21 years of age, and the parents may be able to apply for adjustment of status.

You cannot stay in the US beyond the period of your tourist visa. Regardless of your status as parents of US citizens once your visa expired you became an illegal alien. If you are apprehended by DHS, you will likely be placed in deportation proceedings.
