Once I get a job, the company sponsors the visa. Do I need immigration lawyer to file a petition or the company will do it for me?

The job has to be in a specialty occupation. Probably should use a lawyer if the company has no experience in petitioning for a H-1B.

The company signs forms to sponsor a worker for an H-1B. As an immigration lawyer, I prepare those forms for employers when they choose to hire me.
