Can get an e2 visa after I have been deported?

More details to this question:
I was deported for false claim to US citizenship on a driver's license application. I was arrested and sentenced to two years in federal prison for identity theft even though there was never a lost to any victim. I have 4 US citizen kids and a wife who is a registered nurse.

I am not aware of any waiver that would allow you to come back. Sorry.
