Am adjusting status and need an affidavit of support My friend will be my joint sponsor ,he is receiving share cost program (medicaid programs)but his income > 125% of poverty Guideline Can he still sponsor me or it will affect ?

It depends. Means tested benefits can not be counted as income on the affidavit of support. You should review the facts of your case with counsel before submitting the application.
