Asked on Oct 21st, 2015 on Immigration - Texas
More details to this question:
Granted temporary Protected status in 2001 until now, traveled twice back to my home country as a paroled. In 2015 marry to my US citizen spouse, filled Adjustment of status in the same year, case approved by USCIS. Having problem in my marriage life, spouse is threatening me that won't go with me to the interview. I have plenty of bonafide marriage proofs. Can I apply myself for a green card? Thanks for any reply.

Update Your Profile
You would need your spouse for the current application and interview. If your spouse has been abusive or threatened to use the immigration system against you, you may want to consider a VAWA petition. You should consult with an attorney before filing anything to make sure that you qualify.
