Granted temporary Protected status in 2001 until now, traveled twice back to my home country as a paroled. In 2015 marry to my US citizen spouse, filled Adjustment of status in the same year, case approved by USCIS. Having problem in my marriage life, spouse is threatening me that won't go with me to the interview. I have plenty of bonafide marriage proofs. Can I apply myself for a green card?
