Can I apply for advanced parole I131 to go to Canada?

More details to this question:
I’m Haitian in the USA on Temporary Protected Status. I got the confirmation of Permanent residency for Canada. I need to go to Canada to get my permanent resident card and come back to the USA to stay for 1 more year. Can I apply for reentry permit before leaving the USA?

  You can apply for advance parole for the purpose of obtaining permanent residence in Canada, and the advance parole instructions say that you should include a copy of the appointment letter in your request for the advance parole. I have no comment on your plan of coming back to the US and staying for one more year before going back to Canada.  Whether it will complicate your situation is something that I could not tell you.
