I came to the United States July 2, 2007 with a passport and a visa. can I apply for the Dream Act?I haven't left the country, I have almost 8 years living in texas & I graduated from high school, I was in the furst ten of my class. now im working but I want to go to college for a better education.

The rule for applying under DACA is that you have entered the United States by June 15, 2007. Your coming in on July 2, 2007 would be considered too late.
