QUESTION

Can I apply for naturalization after I came back from home?

Asked on Dec 19th, 2015 on Immigration - Colorado
More details to this question:
I have been living in the state of Colorado, US for five years - that's all my residence in the US. I took a visit back home (Nepal) in the last two months (Oct/Nov). Does that prevent me from applying for US citizenship now? I am already in the states and has been a week now.

You appear to be eligible to apply for naturalization assuming you continue to reside in Colorado. A trip outside the country of less than six months does not make you ineligible for naturalization.
