19 years ago, I was deported from the USA after refused entry at airport. Reason for refusal was false documention (misrepresentation) I am now a responsibility citizen with family, and I would like to travel to the US to conduct business for my company. I am a Manager within the global shipping industry. Can you advise of the possibility weather the US Consulate in my country who is representing the US Government will take my application into consideration and what documents and formsI need to file. Awaiting your advise? Thank you.
You can apply for a B-1 business visa if you and your company are contemplating your temporary conducting of business on behalf of the company in the US and that you will continue to be paid by your company in your home country. You would be refused, but could ask to be allowed to submit a waiver application by the consulate or embassy. If the waiver application is recommended for approval by the consular officer, it will be sent to U.S.C.I.S. for final adjudication.
