Can I apply for non-immigrant visa to conduct business after being deported from the USA?

You can apply for a B-1 business visa if you and your company are contemplating your temporary conducting of business on behalf of the company in the US and that you will continue to be paid by your company in your home country. You would be refused, but could ask to be allowed to submit a waiver application by the consulate or embassy. If the waiver application is recommended for approval by the consular officer, it will be sent to U.S.C.I.S. for final adjudication.
