Can I, as a legal permanent resident, bring my sister from Spain to the US to live with us?

I have been living in the same state for almost 6 years now and I've got a green card. I'm a stay at home mom and would like to bring my sister who is single with no kids. She would not have to work here. We are very close to each other and it'd be good for my family and myself to have her around because I suffer from depression and anxiety. Is there any way to make this possible? Any special kind of visa? She'd live with us and unless it is necessary to obtain an easier way of coming over, a working permit is not necessary.

You cannot. She would have to find an employment that would also sponsor her for a green card. She can come to visit you for 90 days if she has EU citizenship.
