Can I ask for my future wife?

More details to this question:
She has Daca now but she might lose it when Trumps presidency take effect. She was born in Ecuador and was broad here at 13 years old crossing the border. I am 20 years old now and don't know of if I could ask for her if we got married. Thank you.
