If your father held US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status and was petitioning for you before passing away, the petition might still be able to live on if approved and the executor of his estate filed a request to have the case continued for humanitarian reasons. Since this is a website dedicated to answering immigration questions, we would not be able to answer any other questions pertaining to other types of benefits that you might be able to receive upon your father's passing.
