can i come to US if my visa is not expired yet?

More details to this question:
hello. i'm from ukraine and a have a visa to US that expires in June 2014. Do i have the right to come right now? i am concerned because i don't want to be deported for some reason.

If you have a visa which is valid until June 2014, you are allowed to enter the US during the period of its validity. I do note that you will be inspected by Customs and Border Protection and you will have to show that your intention to come to the US is consistent with the visa. For example, if you have a visitor's visa and have been in the US for most of the past year, there might be concern that you are abusing the visa and that instead of visiting here, you are actually visiting the Ukraine.
