Can I cross the border from Canada into America with my uncle

Hi I'm 14 I came to visit Canada with my mom and want to leave early with my uncle but their are no lawyers that I can get to give a notary and I live in the USA and have a passport and citizen ship and I need a quicke answer I'm leaving tomorrow morning

Your question doesn't make sense. If you are a US citizen, of course you can come back to the US. If you are a Canadian citizen, you can enter the US without a visa for a temporary visit. If you are a citizen of a third country, you may need a visa to enter to the US depending on what country you are from. You don't need a notary.
