Can I file a complaint with ICE for declining to evacuate me to safety when all other ICE employees were evacuated during a fire alarm?

I was in ICE custody when the officers were informed that the building is being evacuated and everyone else did but they declined to evacuate me because they were still entering data/processing my case. Besides this issue, they were extremely professional and their conduct during the intake exceeded my expectations
