Can I file citizenship application?

More details to this question:
I got Permanent Resident Card in 2010 and was coming and going back forth but continuously lived for 30 months in one go and again came back in 2015 and lining in USA for one year continuously. Can I file application for immigration now

You may be eligible for naturalization. A more thorough review of your travel history is needed to assess the matter. It is not enough to be physically present in the United States 30 out of the past 60 months. You must also establish continuous residence. An absence of six months or more will trigger a presumption that you have not continuously resided in the United States.
