No, I would recommend that you wait until you have completed your probation before applying.  You may want to consider waiting 5 years from the date of your conviction to apply so that there is no question about good moral character.  If you have mulitiple convictions, I highly recommend that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney in your area.  Some criminal convictions can prevent you from naturalizing and some convictions could result in you losing your green card.
