I'm On H1B visa currently, which will be end in May. I have applied for my adjustment of status trough my Husband who is a Green card holder. I was wondering , if I can get an EAD then I can start looking for a job with that, before my H1B expired. So, can I apply for a EAD now with my AOS ?
