Asked on Oct 20th, 2014 on Immigration - Texas
More details to this question:
The first time I got married was in 2003 and I filed I-130 to bring her to the US with me. 3 years ago we got divorced and went our separate ways. This year I got married again. My question is, can I file I-130 for my new wife and will there be any problems because of the previous petition?

You can file for your new spouse. The government might ask you questions about the previous case, but it's not an automatic denial nor is it an automatic issue.
