I have an K-1 Fiancee Visa and I was married within the 90 days, I wont be filing I-130 neither I-485 but I want to file I-765 work authorization to have some kind of permit to work. My question is can I file it separately or I have to start the adjust of statute petition. Thank you

The I-765 work authorization is an ancillary application to the I-485 adjustment of status.
