Under the Maryland Highway Safety Act, undocumented immigrants living in the state of Maryland who have filed taxes for the past two years or been claimed as a dependent for that period of time in that state can apply for driver's licenses if they have proof of identity, age, and residence in the state.Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question.
