Can I get citizenship through my mother even she already passed?

More details to this question:
My mother brought me to the USA illegally but had TPS. She died six years ago from malpractice from the hospital side.

If she passed away, she cannot petition for you. If she had TPS, that is not the same as citizenship so even if she were alive, she would not be able to pass on citizenship to you if she was not a citizen.

Your mother was not a United States citizen so unfortunately there is a not a derivative status for you to obtain through her. If you were brought here over five years ago and you were under 16 maybe you would qualify for Obama's new policy for DREAMERS which would afford you a work authorization.
