More details to this question:
My husband suffers from extreme anxiety and needs medication which he couldn't get here and as a result was arrested 5 times for simple assault and domestic violence. He previously was denied his green card, for forgetting a document, he applied for a motion. The court said he could face up to 6 months of jail time but ICE could get him and he could be deported. They advised him to leave the country which he did. He went back to France to get treated for his illness. Eventually I would like to bring him back because we only have each other. Is it possible?

Yes, you can get him back to the US. However, you will need to make a strong case and not just file the USCIS petition. Feel free to contact our office for a free consultation. Thank You. Toll-Free 1-877-866-8665 // Immigration Lawyer in NJ.
