QUESTION

Can I leave the US after I overstayed over a year?

Asked on Aug 06th, 2013 on Immigration - Arizona
More details to this question:
I came to the US on the VWP, married and overstayed for over a year now. Now I wanna go back home to Europe with my husband and daughter (both US Citizen). Will I get problems at the airport? We will also have a connecting flight in the US. Will I be questioned? I am aware that I will face a ten year ban

Yes, you may leave the US. Obviously, you will need a valid passport (and visa, if required by the country where you are going).  As long as you have that, I would not anticipate that you would have any difficulties at the airport.
