I have been in the US for 5 years and about 4 months, I came when I was 11 and now I am 16 years old and I have been studying, and I haven't visited Overseas since I came here, I don't have a green card or a social security or a citizen or a work permit, my immigration case has been and still is in progress and nothing new has happened to it and i wanted to leave the US and come back so I can be able to finish my education and studying
I will assume that you are not a legal F-1 student as most American consulates will not give student visas to children who are 11 years old. If you are not legal, you should not do anything at this time. If you leave, you will have a very difficult time coming back in legally. You should wait and see what happens with the expansion of the DACA program which is presently on hold due to a temporary injunction by a federal district court judge in Texas. As you have already been in this country for five years and four months, and are presently studying, you would likely be eligible for the expanded form of DACA once the temporary injunction is overcome and the program put back on track.
