My fiancée wants to move to the U.S. with a fiancé visa. As soon as I save the money for it, we want to apply for it. However, she is from and lives in Venezuela, which is going through unrest and is dangerous. If I pay for her to move to another country to be safe, will that hurt her chances of getting the fiancée visa? I want her to move to México and file the paperwork from there, if possible.
