Yes, if you are a US citizen 21 years or older. You will need to file Form I-864 affidavit of support attesting to your financial ability to undertake the obligations contained in the affidavit. If you are unable to do so, have a friend or family member [being a US citizen of green card holder] who has the means to join you as co-sponsor.

Yes, you can but you will need to submit an affidavit of support for each and your income would have to be sufficient for each. If it is not, you will need a joint sponsor to file the affidavit of support on behalf of your husband or mother or both, as the case may be.

There is nothing preventing you from petitioning for both your mother and husband at the same time. However, if you do not have sufficient income, you are permitted to use up to 2 joint sponsors to help you meet the poverty guideline. For more information, please read the instructions for form I-864.

You may petition, but to bring them in, you would have to file an affidavit of support where you must show a certain income. Without it, they won't be able to adjust status. In the alternative, look for a sponsor.

Yes if you are a US citizen. But you will need a co-sponsor for the affidavit of support requirement.
