Yes you can petition them. It depends what country they are from to determine potential waiting times. It normally is faster for minor children.

It takes approximately 10-20 hours to get the work done, if that's what you are asking; but when your daughter and son may be allowed to enter depends on what they stand in the queue.

You can petition for both of your children but for your son it will take many years 6-8 and for your daughter the process will probably take about 2-3 years. Is there a reason why your 10 year old daughter did not immigrate with you since she would have been able to get a green card at the same time as yourself?

Here is the current visa chart: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5640.html Go to FB2B category for adult unmarried children of a USC. Go to FB2A for your daughter. There is a date there, in that box. When you file the I-130 petition, that is your filing date. When that date shows in the box for your country under F2b, your kids are then allowed to file for their green cards.

Yes. You can petition for them immediately so long as they are single. Processing is a number of months and there is a waiting period thereafter till they are reached for visa processing .

Why didn't your daughter come with you? Who petitioned you? If you were petitioned by your parent, sibling or spouse, your daughter can joint you very soon. You can also file petition for your son but that will take several years(8-9 years) for the visa number to become current.

You can petition for them both. They are in different categories and the wait time years apart. I would suggest putting them on the wait list immediately.
