Dear All, Hope you are all doing great. First of all, I would like to thank you for your time to read my post and for your valuable feedback. Here is my situation, My father married twice and he had both wife together until he died. Having more than one wife at time is allowed in some cultures. it is legal in Bangladesh as well where I come from. My father bothe marriages took place before I was born. I received love, care, affection and support from my both mother and father. my step mother financially supports my education expenses while I was in Bangladesh. I am a use citizen by naturalization. I have already petitioned for my biological mother and she is residing with me in usa. Now, I would like to know is there any chance for me to petition for my step mom. From my stepmother, I have three siblings from same father. Also, after my father died, neither my mother nor my step mom married again.

You cannot successfully petition your father's second wife, because he never divorced your mom.  She is not considered a step mother.  Your deceased father committed polygamy, so the second marriage is not recognized in the U.S. as a matter of law.
