Can I re enter the US if I voluntarily left?

More details to this question:
After committing a felony and the court gives him cat and the person voluntary went to Pakistan, can he reenter in the USA? His entire family is in USA.

It depends on the criminal case. It does not sound like he will qualify for a visa.

If by "cat" you mean Convention Against Torture, the answer is no. Because he claimed persecution in his home country and did go there later.
