can i reenter the u.s.a?

More details to this question:
i am a libyan citizen with a greencard my children are all american citizens i was abroad for seven years and i also stayed at the revoltion of libya.And still struggling because of unsettled situations of violence. The fully reason i came back to libya is for my ill motherinlaw now she pased away and i have no longer ties to libya . My children need more valuble education that can benfit them more than the education here in libya
