Can I replace a green card if I have a felony?

I had my wallet stolen with everything in it. Now I have to replace my green card but I have a felony. What is the process to replace a new one?

Drug cases, moral turpitude crimes and weapons or violent crimes are grounds for deportation. Hire a lawyer immediately.
