More details to this question:
While i was on holiday, i tried working with a friend's id card but was arrested and charged with id fraud which is a felony in the state of Georgia. My court date is yet to arrive and my I-94 will expire next month. That means by next month i will be breaking immigration law coupled with the ID fraud charge i already have.

You should hire a lawyer to see if they can have the charges dropped and or reduced. Also speak with immigration specialist regarding your immigration.
