I am an Indian citizen getting married to my Indian boyfriend, currently working in the US with the H1b visa. We plan leave within 10 days of our wedding for the US, as he needs to get back to his duties. I already have a Valid B1/B2 US Visa. I plan to be back in India after spending a few months with him to continue my work here.

It would be better if you get a H-4 visa as the spouse of a H-1B holder.
