Can I visit again within the year or should I wait for at least 6 months again before I’m allowed?

More details to this question:
I’m living in the Philippines granted a B1/B2 tourist visa. Granted that I already visited the US and stayed there for 3 months and went back home in the Philippines, how long will I wait before I can be allowed to visit the US again after my previous trip?

As a visitor, you have to prove that you are only visiting the US and that you actually reside in the Philippines. If you are really residing then you must be living there, working there, and you probably cannot just up and leave on vacations that last 3 months at a time every few months. You have to think about how you will be able to prove that you are not living in the US but are just attempting to visit.

There is not a specific time frame, but there will be an issue in showing a continuing intent to return to the Philippines and not overstay.
