I am getting married to a man 20 years younger than me . We have been living together for 2 years. Will they deny us?

The USCIS looks at the totaling of evidence. The USCIS is interested in whether the marriage is in good faith. If you have been living together, you should have substantial evidence.

Age difference is only one factor to consider. They look at the whole picture of each case.

CIS will not deny a petition solely because of age difference. If it is a real marriage, go for it.

The age difference might make them suspicious but it is not grounds for denial per se.

Case will not be necessarily denied. You need to focus on obtaining all the evidence necessary to prove up a bona fide marriage.

The Service Officer will take into account the age difference, but you can overcome that by providing other strong evidence of the bona fides of your marriage, specifically cohabitation and co-mingling of funds.
