can L1B visa to apply for green card which not sponsor by company?

I'm 4 months already in US working same company with L1-B visa and thinking if i can apply as early as now for green card. I will be staying in US for 3 years. What will be the process for applying green card? am i qualified?

Hello. I would need more information about your job in the US and for the foreign company. It may be possible to qualify as an International manager or executive for a green card application (even though you came on L1b). Can you email me your resume or more information about both jobs?
