can my daughter gets her US passport immediately?

More details to this question:
1. my daughter got her green card few days ago. 2. she got her social security card. 3. Her mother, a U.S. citizen who didn't live in physically in USA before & just move to U.S. few months ago to live 3. if yes what forms shall i fill for her? how far it took her to get her passport?

You are the father? If so, are you still married to your daughter's mother? if not, who has legal and physical custody of your daughter?
