Can my ex sponsor me into USA if we have a daughter

More details to this question:
I’m a 25 year old male, Australian, I have a 5 year old daughter in the USA, i entered America legally but overstated my f1 student visa while married (didn’t work out) was told I was protected under immigration until my marriage sponsored me in (no it wasn’t a marriage for green card) never actually got around to filing however because requirements in the immigration packet weren’t met, so I overstayed a year and now I’m back in Australia after divorce and I want to get back and work, be close by my daughter right now I’m Skyping her nightly and it’s horrible

Unfortunately you will have to find some other way to come back to the US. Your ex-wife cannot sponsor you at this time as the marriage is ended.
