QUESTION

Can My husband ask for forgiveness?

Asked on Jan 25th, 2018 on Immigration - California
More details to this question:
My husband was deported for 10 years by a Judge around September of 2012 and has charges like 11550(A) and 11377 (A) and 11364 (A) they are under the influence and had a smoking device and having drug with him. We have 4 children together and we are married for 7 years already and me and my kids are USA citizens and he came to the united states with a visa and overstayed. He hasen't been on drugs for 7 years since he got deported, and he only has that one deportation and hasen't tried to come illegal. Our oldest son is autistic and has intelectual disability. Before he got deported we started the petition I130 and got an approval for that. But later he was deported. Is their a chance to start a forgiveness ?

He can request the appeal of forgiveness but there is no guarantee that it would be approved. Please contact my office and speak with the senior immigration attorney. What is the current status of the Visa Petition? Does he have a ban? Please keep in mind that not all lawyers are the same, therefore be very cautious as to which attorney or law firm you chose to work with.
