Can my husband be deported if he has a felony?

Is your husband a permanent resident? In any other nonimmigrant status? Here without documentation? We would also need to see the conviction itself to properly answer your questions. If your husband is not a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) he would likely be deported if he is convicted of a felony. If he is a LPR, he could also be deported depending on the type of felony, when he got his Green Card, and how long he lived in the U.S. If you husband has not already been found guilty, he should speak to an immigrant attorney before considering a plea.
