I'm 20 years old. Can my husband file for me if he's in the military?

Military personnel are able to file immigration paperwork just like anyone else, so yes as long as you are eligible for the benefit!

Assuming he is a citizen or permanent resident, yes. If you are here illegally the process is tricky and you really should consult with an attorney.
