Its been 2 yrs since husband came to US via fiance visa. We married in 09 and then separated recently. Can he stay in the US after we divorce? I am not interested in deporting him, just would like to know more about this sort of situation. What does he have to do next, can he file for naturalization? Do I have to go to the interview? Thank you.

No he can't stay unless you have been married and together for two years.
