Can my mom fix my status once she obtains her green card?

I was brought here in the US when I was 4. I am now 23. No record behind me not married and have 3 kids ages 4, 1 and 6 months.

She can file for you, but you will need a waiver it seems, and the wait time is 6-8 years.
