Can my sister's husband get her green card back?

More details to this question:
My sister got married 6 years ago. She got her green card couple months ago via her husband. Now they have problems and she wants to get divorce.

If you sister already has her greencard, then she does not lose it automatically because they get a divorce. However, it could affect her status.

Since she is not a conditional resident it would be difficult for the husband to "get back' her green card without showing she committed fraud.

Her green card is not taken away because of the divorce, she can keep the card.

No, your brother in law cannot get your sister's green card. He did not gave her the green card, CIS did.
