I came to this country when I was 12 years old. I entered illegally. I got married and had kids in this country. My son is planning to join the US Army and we were wondering if he can fix me papers when he joins.

A US citizen child over 21 years can sponsor his parent for a green card provided the parent has entered the US legally. If not you will need a waiver. Retain counsel for representation.
