More details to this question:
I'm going to sponsor my sister a greencard. she is single right now. I know sponsoring sibling will take 10 years or more. If, in the 4th year sponsorship process, my sister gets married with US citizen, can her husband sponsor her? Can I cancel my sponsorship if her husband sponsor her? Thanks

Your sister can be the beneficiary of more than one immigrant visa petition. Your sister could have a petition filed on her behalf by a sister and future husband. You should not withdraw your petition until your sister has actually immigrated. You can read more about family immigration at http://myattorneyusa.com/family-immigration.
