Can someone who is out of status still get married?

More details to this question:
I know someone who is out of status and in the US and is marrying a US citizen. Can they still get a marriage license?

Generally, yes. Even if a person falls out of status, they can still get married to a US citizen and obtain a green card through an adjustment of status. However, there are some visas that don't allow an adjustment of status, so you'll need to consult with an immigration lawyer. Best of luck.
