Can someone who is underage petition an immigrant?

More details to this question:
Does being 18 affect in any way me trying to bring my husband from Guatemala to the USA? I am a USA citizen. But does me being so young affect the process or does it make it longer or harder?

As long as the marriage was legal in the country where you got married then your age is not a factor in an immediate relative spouse petition.

As long as you were legally married your age will not negatively impact your petitioning on behalf of your husband. That said, you must meet sponsor income/financial requirements.
