Can we apeal a order of removal

More details to this question:
Convicted for delivery of marihuana in 2003 and was here from 1981 study and married here in the us know he is back in Mexico he was removed immediately we didn't have a chance to appeal what can we do

Appeal rights should have been provided by the immigration judge.  An appeal does not stop the removal action.
